First of all Things That we Need:
1. Any web browser(chrome or Monzilla etc..)
2. Download accelerator( I prefer Internet Download Manager IDM )
I have Explored two Sites which generates the premium links for rapidshare and have resume facility. You can use them to download unlimited from rapidshare.

METHOD TO DOWNLOAD FROM SITE 1:
NOTE :THIS SITE WORKS DURING TIME 7.00 am to 12.30 pm ( according to India)
Step1: Visit site1 (click on the link above). You will find Something like this..
Step2: Copy your Rapidshare link and place it as shown in figure.. And select the server from choose server and Type the security code.
Step3: Now after doing step2 click on Download it button just below where you have typed the link.. Then a Link appears click on the link to download with download acceleartor.
